  • Karachi Deliveries: Orders within Karachi are delivered within 1–2 working days.

  • Other Cities in Pakistan: Please allow 3–6 working days for your order to arrive.

  • Delivery Schedule: Orders are processed and dispatched on business days (Monday to Friday). Deliveries are not made on weekends or public holidays.

  • Urgent Orders: If you need your order on priority, reach out to our team and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Exchange Policy

At Al Burhan Lifestyle, every product is crafted and selected with care to meet the highest standards of quality and design. However, we understand that sometimes you may wish to exchange your purchase.

Exchange Guidelines:

  • Exchanges can be requested within 7 business days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging with tags intact and must be unused and undamaged.

  • Exchanges are only accepted in cases of manufacturing defects, wrong item, or size/style mismatch.

  • Items damaged due to mishandling or wear and tear are not eligible for exchange.

  • A proof of purchase is required to process all exchanges.

Please note that cash refunds are not offered. Exchange requests may be fulfilled through a replacement item or a store credit/gift voucher, as applicable.
